Weeks 9–12 focus on breaking common relationship patterns—like avoidance, lashing out, blaming, resentment, and defensiveness—by harnessing new habits and communication skills.
By the end of Week 12, you'll feel confident navigating difficult topics like finances, sex, and parenting with clarity and ease. The focus during these weeks is on sustainably shifting intimacy from conflict to connection.
